When we took the initial steps in the UAE and Middle East markets in 2010, like in any functional area, you needed leaders with a combination of character, entrepreneurship, marketing skills matching the competitors’ exuberance in the same areas of business.
In essence, we needed a team that had a rich mix and awareness to lead, yet the humility to work. Our exercise was worthwhile as we are able to build from a nascent one-product item to large conglomerate of products with the capability to manufacture, export, supply and trade to our regional and global customers, through a set of tools and framework of operations. We now deal in travel industry, engineering rubber products, apparels, optical lens, furniture, glassware, environmental and agricultural chemical products, IT software and innovative electronic items.

We are aware that leaders achieve results with their teams. We found out, behind every big idea to transform some aspect of our existence – whether it is a product on digital travel solutions, rubber, hospitality, or other brands; the requirement for skilled managers is to get it done by management plan, organization stewardship and collaborative mechanism. The resultant was cohesion of ambitious ownership in rising to the challenges.
Managing this reputation, we slowly moved onto more products, as we continue to experience more potential markets in the UAE, GCC Countries, Europe, Africa and North America, We took genuine steps by creating value responsibly with the corporate and government machinery, partners, stakeholders, trade associates, and local community where we are located. Their effective support channeled us to operate our other new brands successfully.
